Dr. Adriann (Waltenbaugh) Hooks DMD

Dr. Hooks is a lifelong resident of the Kittanning area.  She graduated from Kittanning High School in 2001.  She then received her Bachlors Degree from Slippery Rock University in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.  Dr. Hooks attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine, graduating summa cum laude.  She has been practicing in the area since graduating in 2009. 

Dr. Hooks' favorite part of her job is being able to develop personal relationships with her patients and staff.

Dr. Hooks loves to spend her free time with her two sons and husband.  She also enjoys traveling, especially to sandy beaches.

Buying her own practice has given Dr. Hooks the oppurtunity to provide her family, friends, and community with honest, affordable, quality denistry.

Dr. William E. Martin DDS

Rose Caratelli RDH

Rose graduated from West Liberty State College in 1979.  She has been working in this practice for 32 years.

Rose's favorite part of her job is interacting with patients and educating them about good dental care.

In her spare time Rose enjoys working out, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

 Heather Hooks RDH

Heather received her training from Tri-State Business Institue, where she earned a certificate in dental assisting and an associate degree in dental hygiene.

Heather enjoys educating her patients on home oral care, and the effects their mouth has on their overall health.

Heather loves spending time with friends and family and watching crime shows on tv.

Rose Debnar

Rose has been employed at this practice for 16 years.  Rose works at the front desk and her responsibilties mainly consist of financial arranging, insurance claim processing, daily and monthly reports, and scheduling patients.  She has completed continuing education courses in computer technology, business, and marketing.  Rose has also attended numerous seminars in dental education and dental insurance.

Rose's favorite part of her job is having personal contact with the patients, and the satisfaction of working with an office that sincerely wants their patients to maintain good dental hygiene which results in an overall healthier individual.

Rose enjoys traveling with her husband, Emil, to various places including Europe, the Middle East, especially the ancient Christian and biblical sites, as well as trying new cuisines and recipes from all over the world.  She also loves to cook, especially with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Pam Levcik

Pam has worked as a receptionist in different dental practices for over 22 years.  She has worked in this practice for the past three years.

Pam enjoys interacting with each patient and treating them in a conscientious and professional manner, knowing that each dental appointment begins with her.

Her hobbies consist of walking, flower gardening, knitting, reading, and baking.

 Carole Mikula 

Carole graduated from The Career Training Academy in New Kensington in 1994.  She has enjoyed her time at this practice since she began working as an assistant for Dr. Martin in 1997.

Carole loves watching and doing different dental procedures and learning new things.

In her spare time Carole enjoys doing crafts and making wreaths and different basket center pieces.
